Answers to Frequently Asked Questions...

ON-SITE GRILLING & OPERATIONS FEE:

This is the minimum fee required to reserve our services. It includes your consultation and basic expenses involved with executing a local private event; including, but not limited to, delivery, set-up, equipment, tableware, utensils, food/beverage service, break-down, clean-up, fees, staffing and fuel. It does not include food costs. See menu above for pricing. Gratuity is not included, as we leave that to your personal discretion, based on the immaculate quality of our food and services rendered to you and your guests. For small scale gatherings, parties, and events under 100 guests; the fee is $750 ($1,000  for holidays) for up to 3 hours of service. For large scale parties and events with over 100 guests, there is a 20% fee. An additional travel fee is added for events outside of our service area. For out of state invitations, all expenses are to be paid by client. Prices subject to change.

DELIVERY:

Delivery is available for bulk/catering orders only. $45 gives you hot food delivered right from our grill.

SET-UP:

Buffet set-up is available at $1.50 per guest plus delivery fee. We organize your food and beverage stations with chaffing dishes and cooling units to keep everything hot / cold throughout your event. This service also includes: serving utensils, plates, napkins & cutlery (if needed).

SERVICE STANDARDS:

Depending on your level of formality, we offer several serving style options: cocktail, buffet, family platters, and curbside. We will help plan, create, and execute a food and/or music service package that is a perfect fit for your special occasion. We use 100% compostable/biodegradable tableware and cutlery for serving.

DEPOSIT / PAYMENT:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order. The balance is due 7 days prior to food/service delivery. We proudly accept all forms of payment. Late payments will incur a 10% fee. 

RESERVATIONS:

We require at least 72 hours advance notice for bulk orders and a minimum of 2 weeks notice for all holidays, full service parties and event catering. Last minute requests will incur a special rate fee.

HOURS OF OPERATION:

We are a mobile food catering service. We do not have a traditional brick & mortar, nor do we keep traditional hours of operation. We are always on the move, cooking & serving up good bbq. The best way to contact us is email, text message, or direct message (DM). Please no direct phone calls, sky writing, or smoke signals. We will respond to you within 24-72 hours.
